Ingredients

very ripe avocado
1 3/4
cups
vanilla coconut milk*

tablespoons
cocoa powder or raw cacao
1/2
cup
coconut sugar
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2
teaspoons
coconut oil
Instructions
Grease your
popsicle molds
with coconut oil.
Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
For
Blendtec
: Press the SMOOTHIE button.
For
Vitamix
: Select VARIABLE, Speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, Speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour the filling into
popsicle molds
.
Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks and continue freezing overnight (or at least 3 hours).
Remove from freezer in the morning and enjoy!
