What Makes This Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Healthy -er?
Healthy chicken is full of vitamin b, protein, and selenium, which may help protect against bacterial and viral infections. We recommend using organic chicken and boiling or pressure cooking and shredding rather than using chicken from a can.
Also this easy buffalo chicken dip recipe adds even more of a protein punch and less fat thanks to the greek yogurt that’s used in our skinny blue cheese dressing recipe. ๐
Using light cream cheese reduces the fat content even more. You could also try subbing with cottage cheese for even more of a calorie and fat reduction.
What to Serve with This Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Vegetables – Celery adds a nice crunch, also carrots and the smaller sweet peppers. All great finds at Costco.
Chips – Corn chips, blue chips, gluten-free chips. Whatever tickles your fancy.
Crackers – Gluten-free crackers by Simple are my favorite but I also like the rice crackers from Trader Joe’s with this dip.
Pasta – Lentil or chickpea pasta will give an additional boost of protein, but any pasta will do.
