NATURAL ENERGY GREEN JUICE RECIPE

Natural Energy Green Juice
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup 12 ounces filtered or coconut water
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 3 celery sticks
- 1 banana
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
- For Blendtec: Press SOUP* button.
- For Vitamix: select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 1 to 1.5 minutes, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Serve immediately.

Good morning. I just tried this and a very tough time with it. Truth be told, I am new to green and just got my Vitamix. I want to do these green smoothies/juice but this one was struggles. I am looking for advice and how to incorporate green. Thanks.

It starts with more basic green smoothies and works up to ones with more ingredients. If you find one you LOVe, then you can do it more than once and maybe try small variations of it. Hi Bonnie! I usually drink 16 up to 32oz, however 1 serving is traditionally 1 8oz cup ๐ Just drink as much as you want to and freeze the rest for another time you don’t have time to blend!! xoxo
