Acai Bowl Recipe Cinnamon Spice Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 unsweetened acai smoothie pack
- 1/2 cup sweet potato baked
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 Tbsp maca optional
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 clove
- 1 Tablespoon honey or other liquid sweetener of choice
- SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:
- granola
- coconut chips
- banana
- star fruit
- banana
- cranberries
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed and secure lid.
- Blend on high speed in a power blender for 45 seconds (longer with a regular blender) or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings (suggested toppings include granola, coconut chips, banana, star fruit, banana, cranberries)
