I want to invest in a Vitamix and watched your video where you recommend one of the smart models. Long term I am also I twrested in a Food processor. I am having a hard time understanding the real differences between the Ascent 3500 and 2500. Is it only the additional programmable settings and can using the app with the 2500 essentially give you additional programmable settings?
