The Amazing Morning Red Juice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of red seeded grapes organic
- 1 cup of kale organic
- 1 cup of red cabbage organic
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender and secure lid.
- For Blendtec: Press the Whole Juice button.
- For Vitamix: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then flip it to high. Blend for 60 seconds.

This was a great smoothie but had a stronger cabbage taste than what I prefer so I used 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup pineapple, 1/2 – 1 cup each of kale and spinach and it was delicious!
