Ashly is a Engineer working mom of a 3 years old girl. All her life she was in a battle with overweight ups and downs, after pregnancy she decided to lose the baby weight in a healthy fun way. It took her a while but she wanted to be stronger and healthier for her family. She lost all the weight and her body responded better than she was expecting. She started to get to many inquiries to write meal plans and she decided to get her certification in Fitness Nutrition, now she is helping people to reach their goals and teaching them how to have a healthy lifestyle and enjoying it without starve themselves. In October she decided to attend to her first fitness competition as a personal challenge and she won first plane in Masters Bikini +35 years old. Healthy eating and lifestyle is her passion and she is happy to share it with others, "it is such a good feeling when somebody says that I am an inspiration or motivation for them to keep a healthy lifestyle".
