One of our favorite nutritionists and friend, Peggy Kotsopoulos explains how simple it is to improve your lifestyle by understanding how the food we eat affects all aspects of our lives, what we do, who we are, and of course, what we eat; the key to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

    Since juicing I have lost 13 lbs and my cholesterol and triglycerides both dropped so much that my doctor thought he had the wrong test results.

  2. Where to start haha… I love coconut oil to cook with, eat it plain, put it on and in things instead of butter, use it as face and body lotion. Apple cider vinegar and ginger and turmeric in everything for stomach aches and inflammation! And vitamix is my go-to tool for everything! ๐Ÿ˜‰
